⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to give a huge thank you to the team at Lexus Southwest Houston for their kindness and compassion today. I discovered a small kitten hiding underneath the front of my car and didn’t know how to get it out safely. When I arrived at Lexus Southwest Houston, the Service Department was already closed. Fortunately, I met two employees who took the time to listen to what had happened and brought me to the Service Department to see if someone could help. The service staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help rescue the kitten. They took the time and effort to safely get the little kitten out from underneath my car. I truly appreciate everyone who helped me today. They didn’t have to help, especially after the Service Department had already closed, but they chose to help anyway. Their kindness and compassion really meant a lot to me. Thank you so much to everyone at Lexus Southwest Houston who helped save this little kitten! 🙏🐱❤️
