I was very disappointed that I was charged for this service as I thought it was the 2nd one that was supposed to be included with the purchase of my car! Apparently, they counted a 30 day fluid check one month after I took delivery as the first one! Very frustrating!

It is always good to have car serviced and the work needed is communicated before it is done. Matt Torres has been my service advisor for 8 years and always does a great job.
They wanted $686.53 to mount and balance 2 tires despite the fact that the $655.55 i paid for premium service included tire balance and rotation. Either way, that price to mount and balance 2 tires is criminal. They also qanted $790 for transmission service on my Lexus GX 460. I was a little turned off by the high price of service last time but now I'm convinced they are not only over charging but also recommending unnecessary services. Hiding this unethical behaviour behind "well those are dealership prices" doesn’t cut it for me. Won't be going there again

I went in for service and after a short wait everything went excellently. Hans was fantastic and very helpful in a tough situation. He went above and beyond in ensuring my needs were met and was able to get Body repair manager to interrupt his lunch to help arrive at a perfect solution. The Body repair Manager was also fantastic in leaving his lunch to help very graciously. Super job by all involved.

Service tech, Steven, was very pleasant to deal with and listened to my issues and concern. Brought in the Technology Specialist, Gabriel, to answer all my questions with the electronics and demonstrate how to use them. Then he had my car checked out and found out what needed to be repaired now and what I needed to watch. The repairs took a little longer than expcted but Steven kept me updated. Everything went well.
My Advisor Steven is FANTASTIC. He kept my aware of all issues and what was needed now and what could be done at the next service appt

I was very pleased to trade in my 2019 RX 350 with 2026 RX 350 Premium+. Nick Pohl helped us smooth trade in process and we are happy with the provided deal. I was very happy with my 2019 RX 350 with 6 years extended warranty. My car was trouble free with recommended regular maintenance carried out by Lexus South West.
Information provide by this dealership was accurate regarding the car and the transaction. Development of the financial package was very smooth. The vehicle pick up experience was professional. The Salesman was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

I brought my 2011 Lexus RX 350 in to have the battery replaced. My service advisor, Steven Silver, was very friendly and professional. He clearly explained the price and the estimated time needed to replace the battery. He also performed multiple checks on my vehicle and provided me with clear and detailed updates about everything he found. Steven Silver provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I really appreciate his help and professionalism. I would give him a **10 out of 10** for his outstanding customer service!

I understand getting oil changes and repairs at the auto dealership may not be the BEST deal cost wise, but I do enjoy the customer service when it’s on point; and that’s invaluable. I’ve had the same service professional handle service for my cars for years now: Hunter Bassett. Don’t know if he is the standard at Southwest Lexus but if he is there is no better Service Department in Houston. I’ve purchased multiple cars from Southwest Lexus and the service I receive is a primary reason why. I recently purchased a 2021 Audi Q3 from Lexus of Southwest Houston, and it was hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had. My salesman, Chet, was incredibly friendly and personable. Purchasing a vehicle is such a major life event, but his warm approach completely put me at ease. On top of that, navigating the finance department was an absolute breeze and entirely smooth. I had an excellent experience purchasing a new Lexus NX450 at SW Lexus. Our salesperson Syed Ahmed was extremely polite, patient, and knowledgeable. Went to Lexus and was greeted by the supervisor. He then hooked me up with Steven Silva. Steven was so professional and welcoming. Making my car process easy. I was able to relax and unwind while he kept me updated on what the issue was with my car. No extra fees and hidden surprises. I am pleased and so glad I chose to go there.

Everyone at the dealership on Southwest Freeway is so helpful, without seeming fake about it. From Ashley who was my primary contact, to the gentleman behind the counter who gave me peanut butter cookies to quell hunger, to the young man who scraped the 2025 sticker off my car, to the gentlemen (Cris & Corday) I spoke to about the end of my lease coming up and getting another car. It really does seem as if everyone is part of a team… no drama, just good people doing excellent work.

Jerry was very responsive and helpful in explaining features on the car. My only criticism was the expectations d push to finish paperwork in a quick time frame. Instructions don’t to do it on your phone then I arrived at dealer and told to do it on the phone versus with a financial person. My friend insisted that they review with me in person. They did follow thru. Car is nice. A lot to process at one time. Reading a little each day. Gas tank much smaller than my Mercedes. I do not like that.
