Wonderful customer service as always! My service technician Steven Silva is always so welcoming, helpful and informative. He excels at customer service. They also vacuumed my backseat with the complimentary car wash - was a wonderful bonus and surprise as it was much needed with having 2 dogs!!
The people at the Service Department, at Southwest Lexus; were very friendly and helpful. Jose, my advisor was very nice to take the time to explain the work that was going to be done, as well as he was able to complete the recall that I scheduled for the next week. He really did a great service.

Great technicians and friendly staff. However, it’s as if they have too many appointments for same time leading to way longer wait times. I was told that service would take 2-2.5 hrs, which I was okay with. Instead it took 4.

I’ve been going to this dealer for 17 years and I have always received too notch service.
The staff is amazingly friendly and courteous. The lounge is exceptionally nice with plenty of snacks and all kinds of drinks. There are plenty of TVs with comfortable chairs and tables to meet everyone’s need. My service advisor and his assistant were unbelievable.,,, Nice friendly courteous helpful polite and knowledgeable. I was thoroughly impressed . A good reason I bought a Lexus.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service experience I had during my first appointment at your dealership. As a new Lexus owner, I expected a high level of professionalism and efficiency, but my experience was far from that.

Today's visit at the dealership was great. The process from the time I dropped off my car off to the time it was picked up was seamless.
Made a last minute appointment. Showed up at the exact moment of my appointment. And was immediately greeted. Service took a while. But was expecting that. Kevin was quick and courteous.

She got me in and out quickly with no hassle, and kept me updated the whole time so I always knew where things stood. I read all of the high reviews, and decided to try this place for a service. I moved here recently and needed a service for my car. I was really disappointed. While the staff was nice, I received a minute-long video about my car, and the technician stated that two things had to be changed today. I went to Lexus because I had a tire blowout and it was completely covered under my tire and rim warranty. I went ahead and got the other tire changed out and also my break job done and it was reasonable price and every step of the way Cody, who was my service manager today stayed in contact with me. I love Lexus and completely recommend their services.

First visit to this Lexus Dealership. All of the staff were friendly and perfessional. The customer lounge was clean and well stocked with drinks and snacks. The ladies room was clean. I enjoyed the quiet area lounge set apart from the main lounge area. My oil change and tire rotation were done in a timely manner. I will return for my next maintenance.
Brought my car in the morning for brake service and oil change. Got my car back same day. Derrick is very polite and informative. Thank you guys at Lexus Southwest. Mechanic also made a video and sent it over to me to show what was needed. That gave me peace of mind.
