Service dept & tech help is questionable.Took a list of things not done at purchase…still not done

I have been there long time for purchase the car. I liked the service special Thiên Nguyen my dealer.

I had a great experience with my service associate, Kevin Martinez. He was professional, courteous and very helpful throughout the entire process, He took time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions and made sure my vehicle was properly taken care of. The serviece was efficient as always and the staff friendly and respectful. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them to others.

I always take my car to Southwest Lexus for repairs. The quality of work performed is very good. My service associate John kept me informed about the work needed and made certain my questions were answered. When my wait was longer than expected, he arranged a loaner car for my use.
