At the time of taking appointment, I had clearly mentioned that I needed oil change. The dealer did not do the oil change but tire rotation only. Very disappointing. Also, it took a long time for the car to be brought out for delivery after the payment. No apologies for that.

He communicates clearly and asks if there any questions, plus he offers access to him directly via text. His friendliness goes a long way. My service advisor, Stephanie was friendly and helpful. She did not try to upsell me on anything, and addressed an underlying issue regarding the reason I came in. I took one star off because I was charged full price, despite booking for the $119 deal online; however, I felt the amount I was charged for their assistance in fixing the underlying issue was an excellent deal and felt the overall price I paid for total services rendered was an amazing value.
