I am only NOT giving one stars because I feel compelled to say they did do the oil change. I did not purchase my Lexus from here - I purchased it from the Lexus in Clear Lake which was a FABULOUS experience. VERY luxury oriented. My review here is for the service department. The service here is like going to a Kia dealership. I have had over two decades of luxury vehicles - mostly Audi and Cadillac. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP YOU CAN GO TOO! Let's start with the pull in. You pull in to this dim bull pen. NO WELCOME. Extremely outdated. Had to wait in car 10 min to be told where to pull up too. This is NOT the first time this has happened here. I am used to a service advisor greeting and giving me a plan. Second - Don't expect a loaner like EVERY OTHER luxury dealer. You have to wait. TWO hours or get a ride. I have NEVER ONCE had an oil change or service at Audi and not gotten a loaner togo about my day. Third - The OVER RUN - OUT DATED - waiting room. IT IS PACKED TO THE BRIM with people (because the dealership can't afford loaner cars). Relax while you wait at an outdated wooden desk. Do you want snacks??? Perfect - go ask an attendant who monitors snack consumption to make sure they don't give too much. Fourth - Want Status of your car? Don't worry they will send you a link that never updates. It shows arrive the whole entire time. I paid for Lexus extended service package but don't worry it BARELY COVERS ANYTHING!!!!!! Got a text with a ton of charges to the tune of about $1500 on top of the warranty. All of it is insane. I promise you go to any Sewell dealerships and you will understand how horrible this place is. NEVER AGAIN!

Fast and friendly service. The process was real easy . We'll gladly continue to do business with this organization.

Jerry was very responsive and helpful in explaining features on the car. My only criticism was the expectations d push to finish paperwork in a quick time frame. Instructions don’t to do it on your phone then I arrived at dealer and told to do it on the phone versus with a financial person. My friend insisted that they review with me in person. They did follow thru. Car is nice. A lot to process at one time. Reading a little each day. Gas tank much smaller than my Mercedes. I do not like that.

Service dept & tech help is questionable.Took a list of things not done at purchase…still not done

He was professional, courteous and very helpful throughout the entire process, He took time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions and made sure my vehicle was properly taken care of. The serviece was efficient as always and the staff friendly and respectful. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them to others.

I always take my car to Southwest Lexus for repairs. The quality of work performed is very good. My service associate John kept me informed about the work needed and made certain my questions were answered. When my wait was longer than expected, he arranged a loaner car for my use. I am completely satisfied with the services provided by your team.

Service writer, Stephanie, was absolutely fantastic. Car was vacuum and washed before delivering after service. Very professional service department. Nice lounging area.

Seamless from arrival to done. The service writer was accurate about what was needed and the costs. He stayed in contact with me and I was in and out.
